Pastor Heath Huskey

In 2015, after serving as WUSBC's interim pastor for seven months, Heath Huskey became the second pastor in the history of WUSBC. Heath grew up in Georgetown, Ohio but graduated high school from West Union's own Adams County Christian School. After high school, Heath went to Cedarville University to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering. God quickly changed Heath's mind and he switched his major to Comprehensive Biblical Studies. He knew God wanted him in vocational ministry but was unsure of exactly what that would look like. While at Cedarville he met his wife, Brenda, a nursing major from southwestern New York state. The two were married after graduating college in 2003. Since then they have served in several churches in various different ministries. They have three children, that Brenda homeschools.

Heath is an avid reader, woodworker, and spends much of his "free time" remodeling their home. He hopes to one day complete his Masters of Divinity.

Brenda works part-time as an RN, enjoys cooking and gardening, and loves singing.
